UHCA RACE #1

    (Classic, Youth, Intermediate and Colt)
  • 8:30 AM Race Begins
  • Afternoon walk-through: no earlier than 12:00 PM
    (Novice, Amateur, Open)
  • $1000 Added Money + sponsored prizes!

·       Low-Impact Course: Classic, Youth, Buckaroo, Novice

·       High-Impact Course: Intermediate, Colt, Amateur, Open 

·       New Rider Schooling Class, designed for horses and/or riders who are new to UHCA challenges to gain experience in a non-competitive environment.

BAR U COLT CHALLENGE

  • Begins after MRHA Show | Open to 3 and 4 year old colts
  • Riders must compete in MRHA Show plus Ranch Trail/Obstacle Course
  • $175 Entry Fee in addition to MRHA Entry Fee | $30 Pre-entry fee to hold spot and ensure fresh cow

UHCA RACE #2 (Make Up Race—S&S)

  • $1000 Added Money plus sponsored prizes
  • Double EXCA Points!

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Electrical hookups: $20/night
  • Pens: $15/night
  • Must pre-pay for hookups and pens online!! No refunds after September 15. If you do not reserve and pay for pens ahead of time, they may not be available. Proceeds from pens go to the Coffey County Saddle Club.

DIRECTIONS

If arriving from the North .... Continue south through Burlington on 75 hiway until at the very southern edge of town you will see a large propane tank on your left which is the storage tank for S & S propane.  Turn left at that corner to the south side of Kelly Park and the rodeo arena.

If arriving from the South..  .....   Watch for a Ford and Chevrolet dealer on your left.   Just a short distance further, turn right at the S & S propane tank.  Follow the road to the south side of Kelly Park and the rodeo arena.
